We are located on Vienna's biggest and most famous shopping street, Mariahilfer straße, which was rebuilt into a pedestrian zone in 2014. There is a history to the street that dates back to the early 1850s. It connects the city centre with the suburb Penzing.
The history of our house is stamped with the history of the drugstore “Zum Goldenen Schuh”, which exists since 1869 when the house was built. Therefore, you can expect a nice, classic old building with high ceilings. The guesthouse is located on the 3rd floor, leaving behind the bustle of the pedestrian zone.
